Employer Champions

Semta’s employer champions initiative helps you find out from other employers how skills can make a big difference to the way your company performs.

Employer champions are senior managers from successful, forward-thinking companies whose commitment to investing in skills has a positive impact on their business.  They know that having the right skills can make them more productive, more competitive, more profitable and better able to manage change.

Each champion promotes an aspect of skills development which they feel passionate about and is key to their business success.

Click below to discover why skills are so important to Semta’s employer champions and how they can benefit your company too.
