Summary
Sets out the proposed guidelines for local authorities on
managing information, advice and guidance services for young
people, which LAs have had responsibility for since April
2008. It specifies:
- who should receive services
- services to be made available
- partnership arrangements
- people working in information, advice and guidance
- record keeping
- monitoring, review and evaluation of services
Semta did not respond to this consultation, but will continue to
work with IAG providers to ensure their information is up to date
and unbiased.
